GMC Hummer EV

The performance of the Hummer EV is mind blowing. Something this big should not go nearly this fast, and yet it does. The Watts To Freedom (WTF) is appropriately named. 

While spacious inside there is no third row seat or an option for one even in the SUV version leaving there a bit more to be desired here.

With a massive frunk and decent sized bed when the tailgate is down the Hummer EV can handle most any load you'll throw at it.

Inside the Hummer EV you'll find a modern and tech, while macho, interior. Definitely impressive and not like anything else GMC makes.

Starting at over 6 figures the Hummer EV is seriously pricey and only for those not needing it as a daily driver.

While it can support DC Fast Charging on any of the public networks besides Tesla, the Hummer EV really is meant to be charged overnight and driven as a recreation vehicle, not a road trip one.

With over 300 miles on both versions of the Hummer EV it is definitely capable however not enough to earn a 5 in this category. With cars like the Lucid Air getting over 500 miles it will take a lot more to earn that last star. 

With a 800v architecture GMC claims the Hummer EV can add 100 miles of range in 10 minutes but these claims rarely are accurate. It should be fairly capable though given the architecture and at a fast charger.
